Three women in Sandestin, Florida set out to fight Breast Cancer and help make a difference. In the process, DESTINation Cure evolved with long term goals and a mind of its own! With plans to fight Breast Cancer and the environmental causes behind the disease, we urge you to “Think Pink, Live Green!”
DESTINation Cure is excited and honored to be a part of the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer on October 10 and October 11, 2009 in New York City. Last Year, this one walk raised over $11.5 million for medical research, clinical care, support services, education and early detection programs.
The Avon Walk for Breast Cancer in New York City this October will be the first walk we participate in. However, our goal is to participate in each of the 9 cities that host the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer. We will also end our tour in New York City in 2019. Big goal, yes? Can we do it? Not without the support from people like you!
